If the purchased Gemstone is exchanged within six months no amount will be deducted from the purchase price.
However, the GST amount that was paid at the time of purchase will be deducted.
If the Gemstone is exchanged after six months, a two pronged deduction will be done: the GST paid during purchase and 25% of the Gemstone value will be deducted.
If the Gemstone is found broken there will be no exchange and no refund.
Only inorganic gemstones will be exchanged. Organic Gemstone exchange will not be entertained. Pearl and Red Coral once sold will not be exchanged.
