At Geodiamonds, we are committed to providing you with a friendly, clear, and transparent return and exchange experience. We have established a 12-day Returns Window Policy that is designed to ensure your satisfaction with our products. With our "No Questions Asked" approach, we will refund your payment if you are not completely satisfied with the item, jewelry piece, or gemstone you have purchased from us.
Please note that our return and exchange policy varies depending on the type of item you have purchased. Below are the details of our return policies:
Loose Gemstones, Jewelry, and "Ready to be Shipped" Pieces Return Policy:
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase of loose gemstones, jewelry, or items marked as "ready to be shipped," you may return them within the 10-day return window to receive a full refund. However, it's important to take good care of the item during this period as you are responsible for its value and condition.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be returned completely unchanged.
- The item must be undamaged and in its original, unused condition.
- The product should be returned with the original invoice, packaging, documentation, certifications, and any free gifts that were included.
- All items will be subject to inspection by our Geodiamonds quality control team.
Please Note:
- Altered, damaged, chipped, nicked, scratched, or items with a different weight will not be eligible for a full refund.
- Shipping charges, GST, and duties are non-refundable.
- The cost of return shipment is the responsibility of the customer.
- RazorPay transactions transaction fees are non-refundable.
- Returns may take up to 30 days to process.
Custom, "Made to Order" Pieces Return Policy:
Custom created or "made to order" items cannot be returned under our standard returns policy. However, customers can request a store credit after returning the original item to us (subject to inspection by Geodiamonds quality control team). We will refund 75% of your invoice value, which can be used for future purchases on new products at our store.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

- The product should be returned with the original invoice, packaging, documentation & certifications.

- When does the 12-Day Return Period Start/End?
The 12-day return period begins from the day you receive the item from our shipping partners and ends exactly 12 days (288 hours) later. If you need an extension to this period, please contact our customer service team for assistance. - I purchased multiple items but want to return some of them. Is this possible?
Yes, you can return the items you are unsatisfied with within the 12-day return window. - What if I've lost the lab certificate and original packaging? Can I still return the item?
We require all original contents, including certificates, invoices, documentation, lab certificates, packaging, and more, when returning an item within the 12-day return window. If any documents are misplaced, you may not be eligible for the return policy. - Can I return only a gemstone I purchased and had set in a ring?
Custom-made pieces cannot be returned. But You are eligible for the exchange of the other stone or the same stone. In case, if the amount exceeds then you have to pay the required amount. - What if I receive a defective gemstone?
If you receive a defective gemstone, please report it within 36 hours of delivery and provide a detailed unboxing video of the gemstone at the time of receiving and opening it. This is necessary to proceed with the claim.
